I want you to come ready to have fun and learn some new painting styles and embrace the gift of creating. I’ll start each day with a devotional and bible study where we focus on how God sees you.Â
In our afternoon session, we’ll jump right into painting. This painting is all about representing you and how God is speaking to you! You are going to learn how to make your "Daughter of the King" painting represent you, just the way mine does me! It’s going to be a special time spent together, having fun and creating something beautiful!Â

- Adding Lettering to your Work

A little bit about me…
I’m Christie Hawkins, a busy working mom with a wonderful husband and three beautiful girls! I grew up in a family of artists and have painted since childhood!Â
Drawing on my years of college experience and my passion for creating, I opened The Social Easel, my local mobile art studio, 9 years ago and soon brought my teaching online. Over these last five years, I have taught thousands of students just like you how to paint - many of whom had no experience at all!Â
My teaching style is simple and easy to understand and I feel blessed to share my joy of painting with women just like you. I can’t wait to see where your creative journey takes you!
