Why I created Tribe...
Hi, I'm Christie Hawkins, owner of The Social Easel and founder of Christie’s Tribe. I LOVE to paint and to teach others!
I come from a long line of artists and have been painting since I was a child. Art is part of me and it brings me so much joy! Now I want to bring that joy to you! I believe God created us in His image. He is the original Creator. He has instilled a creative side in all of us, some of us just haven’t found it yet.
My goal, passion and purpose in life is to bring that out of others and help them find the joy in painting and discover what it can do for their lives!
I’ve spent the last 12 years teaching thousands of women just like you how to paint. Most of them had never picked up a paintbrush before!
I’ve taken my years of experience with painting and developed an easy-to-follow system to teach anyone how to paint with no experience needed!
I’m so proud of what we’ve created in the Tribe Sister Community. It’s a place you can come and feel safe sharing your art, your faith, and your heart. Women come in wanting to learn how to paint. They stay because of the sisterhood they find.
