I’ll begin each morning with a devotional to help you begin your day with peace, purpose, and reflection. These short, faith-filled moments will help center your heart before we gather to paint in the evenings.

🎉 Welcome Ceremony - During this cozy kickoff to our retreat, I’ll walk you through what to expect, how to get set up, and guide you in preparing your heart for the creative journey ahead.
🙏 Morning Devotionals - I’ll share a devotional each morning to help you begin your day with peace, purpose, and reflection. These short, faith-filled moments will help center your heart before we gather to paint in the evenings.
🎨Three Painting Tutorials - Each evening at 6:30 PM (CST), we’ll paint together step-by-step (with traceable templates provided):
- Night 1: Hope Was Born & Light of the World ornaments – sweet, meaningful ornaments for your tree
- Nights 2 & 3: O Holy Night Christmas Chapel – a peaceful winter scene on canvas, full of glow and grace

Workshop Schedule:
Devotionals will take place at 10am each day and Painting Lessons will be held 6:30pm each evening with replays available immediately afterwards.
Each day is thoughtfully structured to guide you step-by-step through this creative retreat.

I'm the owner of The Social Easel and also the founder of Christie’s Inner Tribe... And I LOVE to paint and to teach others!!
I believe we all have a creative side to us. Sometimes we just need help pulling it out! That’s what I am here for! Over the past 12 years, I have taught thousands of people, just like you, how to paint! And get this, most of which had never picked up a paintbrush before!Â
I’ve taken my over 30 years of experience with painting and developed an easy-to-follow system to teach you how to paint with no experience needed! I want to help everyone find that creative ability that I believe we all have!
I come from a line of artists in my family. It’s ingrained in me and brings me so much joy! I’ve been painting since I was a child! Now I want to bring that joy to you! I believe God created us in His image. He is the original Creator. He has instilled a creative side in all of us, some of us just haven’t found it yet.
My goal and purpose in life is to bring that out of others and help them find the joy in painting and what it can do for your life!Â
